We love photographing Polynesian Weddings in New Zealand. They are great fun for everyone who attends. Everyone knows how to party!

Throughout the entire wedding day, the music, dancing, soulful singing, stunning cultural dress by guests, lots of food and laughter all combined, make a wedding so special, you can feel the Pacific spirit.

Whether your Pacifica wedding will be a casual celebration or a large, formal affair, finding the perfect Polynesian wedding photographer in Auckland to complement your style, is critical. 

We have been lucky enough to be part of many different cultures including Samoan Weddings, Fijian Weddings, Tongan Weddings, Niue Weddings all held in Auckland and showcase our Auckland photography. It is always interesting when I ask about guest numbers on my initial wedding questionnaire and the couples say, well we have invited x amount, but there may be others.

Many of our Polynesian couples have stuck to tradition and had church ceremonies. Beautiful churches throughout Auckland have been popular from West Auckland weddings, South Auckland weddings and even Auckland City Weddings.

If you are following the traditional Polynesian dance we will capture your beautiful dance. Performers are either from a dance group or part of the family and perform dances such as the Taualuga and Siva.  You may have chosen polynesian wedding rings to symbolise your day and make it your everlasting timepiece.

Due to the global pandemic of Covid19 and restrictions on travel, we may not be able to travel to the beautiful pacific islands in Polynesia, but that doesn't stop us from photographing Polynesian weddings here in New Zealand.
