Brian and Janice – St Mathew in the City Wedding

Last Saturday, 14 December 2019 Brian and Janice tied the knot.  We first arrived at the Heritage Hotel, in Auckland City, where Janice and her bridesmaids were getting their hair and makeup done, in preparation for the wedding.   
 
Brian and Janice married at St Mathew in the City, an exquisite church with beautiful stained glass windows. Janice arrived via stretch limo and two of her sons shared the role of walking her down the aisle and the other son was the ring bearer.  Janice had a special surprise for Brian during the ceremony where she sung to him.  (What a great singer Janice is!)
 
After the ceremony we headed to Albert Park for their bridal party photos. 
 
We then headed to the reception at Pilkingtons, where impressive singers and dancers from Wesley College entertained all of the guests. 
 
A very charming speech was made by one of Brian’s brothers, Rob, when he spoke in Samoan, but it was pointed out that a Tongan had assisted in the translation for him.
 
Janice sang a few more songs at the reception then danced her way into the night with a traditional siva Samoa, then a fully packed dance floor was enjoyed by all.
