​Since the Covid19 pandemic, a lot of couples have opted for elopements, instead of the whole wedding.  Choosing to either do the wedding again at a later date, or making the wedding official now and then having a reception later so that all overseas wedding guests can be part of the celebrations.

Were you planning a big wedding, then all of a sudden Covid hit and you changed your mind about spending all that money on a huge wedding. 

Maybe you have extended family in two different countries and the cost of flying them all is expensive.  Or you cant decide which country to have the wedding in, without offending one side of the family. 

Do you just want to get married now, without the organisation of everything and fuss? 

Maybe eloping is now the right choice for you. 

Organise a celebrant, your photographer and your location.  Make sure you have two witnesses, which your photographer can be one of the two. 

Eloping gives you the freedom to make your day about you. Do what you want. 

Hire an Air BNB, pick a beach for a nice sunrise or sunset, maybe your two witnesses can organise a bit of a celebration BBQ, afternoon tea or drinks for afterwards, while you are getting photos together. The choice is yours as to how you want to spend your elopement.
 
Or perhaps maybe you are eloping to avoid the stress of planning a big wedding or want an intimate wedding with just close friends and family (under 20 people).

It is up to you how you structure your elopement time.  You can do the wedding ceremony 30 minutes, then 15 minutes for your family to give their congratulations, 30 minutes for group family photos and then 30 minutes for your bride and groom shoot.  This relies on you being extremely on time to fit all of this in. 
 
Or you may not have family shots to get and may prefer to do a 15 minute first look.
 
We generally need to get to your venue 15-30 minutes to get ourselves set up.
 
Extras
 
$250 per hour if extra time is required
 
Travel costs may apply if outside of Auckland
